Tapping Points

EFT tapping points focus on 9 meridian endpoints. The 9 meridian endpoints are as follows: 

  1. side of hand ( referred to as karate chop) ; small intestine meridian

  2. top of head ; governing vessel 

  3. eyebrow ; bladder meridian 

  4. outside corner of the eye ; gallbladder meridian 

  5. under the eye ; stomach meridian 

  6. under the nose ; governing vessel 

  7. chin ; central vessel 

  8. collarbone ; kidney meridian 

  9. under the arm ; spleen meridian

Tapping Method 

Start by identifying the issue you want to resolve.

Then, beginning with the side of your hand, repeat the following phrase 3  times while tapping. 

​

"Even though I ....(am stressed) , I deeply and completely love and accept myself"

"Even though I ..... (feel overwhelmed) I completely accept myself"

"Even though I .... (can't focus), I deeply and completely love and accept myself"

​

Tap each meridian beginning with the top of the head. Stating what you are clearing.

  • top of head : ... I feel stressed 

  • eyebrow : .... all this stress 

  • side of the eye: ... this overwhelming stress

  • under the eye: .... I can't focus 

  • under the nose : ... It's too much 

  • chin : ... I'm overwhelmed 

  • collarbone : .... all this stress

  • under the arm : ... I am so stressed
